Transportation services are subject to vehicle, chauffeur, scheduling, and operational availability. Submission of a request does not guarantee service until the reservation has been accepted or confirmed by Black Core.

- Pickup times, vehicle categories, and special requests are subject to availability.
- Black Core may contact you to clarify itinerary, passenger, airport, or billing details.
- Changes to a confirmed reservation may affect availability or pricing.

Rates, Fees & Payments
Rates may vary based on vehicle type, distance, service duration, airport or private aviation requirements, waiting time, tolls, parking, special requests, peak-demand periods, and other service factors.
Additional charges may apply where disclosed or reasonably incurred in connection with the requested transportation.
- Quoted rates may be subject to change if the itinerary changes.
- Waiting time, additional stops, excessive delays, or extended service may result in additional charges.
- Tolls, parking, airport fees, gratuities, cleaning fees, or other pass-through costs may apply where applicable.
- Corporate accounts may be subject to separate invoicing and payment terms.

Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and change terms may depend on the service type, vehicle category, timing, itinerary, and reservation details.
Black Core may apply cancellation, no-show, late-change, or minimum-service charges where disclosed in the reservation confirmation or otherwise agreed.

Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to provide accurate reservation information and to behave in a safe and respectful manner.
- Passengers must comply with applicable laws and reasonable chauffeur instructions.
- Unsafe, threatening, abusive, unlawful, or destructive conduct may result in termination of service.
- Smoking, illegal substances, or prohibited conduct may not be permitted in vehicles.
- Passengers may be responsible for excessive cleaning, damage, or repair costs caused during service.

Delays & Service Conditions
Black Core aims to provide reliable and timely transportation. However, travel may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, airport congestion, security restrictions, flight disruptions, mechanical issues, government actions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
Estimated pickup and travel times are not guarantees.

Corporate Accounts
Corporate accounts may be subject to separate approval, billing arrangements, authorized traveler rules, credit terms, account limits, and service conditions.
The company or account holder is responsible for charges incurred by authorized travelers or authorized booking contacts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Lost or Damaged Property
Passengers are responsible for personal belongings brought into a vehicle. Black Core is not responsible for items left behind, except as required by law.
We may make reasonable efforts to help locate and return lost property. Delivery, shipping, courier, or chauffeur time associated with returning items may be subject to additional charges.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Black Core will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or transportation services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
