Whether you introduce a new private client, connect us with a corporate account, or regularly rely on Black Core, we want to recognize that relationship through qualifying travel credits, personalized privileges, and occasional promotional travel opportunities.
The following referral rewards are based on completed qualifying business and paid eligible base fares. Corporate milestones offer increasing travel credits as referred accounts grow their relationship with Black Core.
Introduce someone new to Black Core. When the referred client completes and pays for their first qualifying reservation with a base fare of at least $150, you become eligible for a $25 Black Core travel credit.
Refer a new company that establishes a Black Core relationship. Earn $150 in travel credit after the account completes and pays for $1,000 in eligible base fares within 90 days of its first completed ride.
When that same referred corporate account reaches $5,000 in paid eligible base fares within six months of its first completed ride, earn an additional $250 travel credit.
When the same referred corporate account reaches $10,000 in cumulative eligible paid base fares within 12 months of its first completed ride, earn another $350 Black Core travel credit.
When the same referred corporate account reaches $25,000 in cumulative eligible paid base fares within 18 months of its first completed ride, earn an additional $750 Black Core travel credit.
When the same referred corporate account reaches $50,000 in cumulative eligible paid base fares within 24 months of its first completed ride, earn a further $1,500 Black Core travel credit.
Each corporate milestone builds upon the previous qualifying milestone for the same referred account. Credits are cumulative, not alternative rewards. The $3,000 maximum assumes all five corporate milestones are completed within their applicable deadlines.
Contact Black Core to identify yourself as the referring party and introduce a potential new client or corporate account before their first booking.
The new client completes eligible transportation, or the corporate account reaches the applicable paid base-fare milestone within the required time.
After Black Core verifies eligibility and confirms the relevant payment has cleared, the applicable travel credit can be issued.
Apply your available travel credits toward future eligible Black Core base fares within the applicable redemption period.

Referred clients and businesses must be new to Black Core, not existing active customers or already involved in ongoing Black Core sales discussions.
Corporate spend thresholds are cumulative from the referred account's first completed ride. Each milestone has its own deadline measured from that date. Only eligible paid base fares count. Taxes, tolls, gratuities, parking, pass-through charges, canceled rides, and refunded amounts are excluded.
Issued referral travel credits are valid for 12 months and have no cash value. Credits may be applied toward future eligible Black Core base fares.
Corporate credits belong to the company unless its policies expressly permit a personal benefit. Referral arrangements must be appropriately disclosed and permitted by applicable employer policies and law.
Only one referring party is recognized per qualifying introduction. Corporate milestone rewards replace the individual referral reward for the same account rather than stacking with it. Credits can cover eligible base fares, while taxes, tolls, gratuities and other charges remain payable. Each corporate milestone may be awarded only once per referred account. Reaching a higher cumulative spending threshold does not automatically qualify an account for an earlier milestone if its deadline was missed.
From time to time, selected Black Core Privileges offers may include promotional vacation certificates in addition to, or separately from, the standard referral travel credit program.
An eligible recipient is advised of the promotional certificate and its specific conditions.
Participating destinations, lodging, available dates, and travel options depend on the certificate.
Follow the issuing travel provider's instructions, deadlines, and applicable redemption requirements.
Vacation certificates are not guaranteed for every referral or reservation. Taxes, fees, transportation, resort charges, booking costs, and other expenses may apply. Exact benefits and limitations are governed by the certificate issued.

Black Core referral travel credits are promotional, non-cash benefits subject to eligibility, verification, and applicable program conditions. Corporate milestones 04 through 06 are proposed additional incentives requiring Black Core approval before becoming active offers.
